You will really enjoy the subtle Italian flavours in this tasty Meal. This meal has all of the vitamins and minerals required to keep your body healthy and functioning whilst dieting. Perfect when adding less water or milk to pour over some fresh broccoli or cauliflower in the evening but without the high fat!!!
This meal is ideal as a lunch or evening meal and is quick and easy to prepare.
DIRECTIONS: 1 – Empty content of one packet (or into a microwave safe bowl). 2 – Add 150 ml of skim milk or water and dissolve with a fork or a whisk. 3- Microwave on high (800W) for 3 mn 30 to 4 mn, stirring occasionally. (Cooking guidelines may vary depending on the microwave.) 4 – Take off the microwave, stir and let stand for 2 or 3 minutes. 5 – Eat in the 10 following minutes.
OR 2 – Empty 150 ml of hot skim milk or water but not boiling in a saucepan. 2 – Add the content of one packet in the saucepan. 3 – Cook for 3 to 4 mn, stirring occasionally. 4 – Let stand for 2 or 3 minutes. 5 – Eat in the 10 following minutes.
