Ingredients

3 tbsp fat free yogurt

3 tblsp fresh coriander

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp raspberry vinegar

2 tbsp water

1 tps chilli powder

1 small onion

1/2 tsp cumin

(optional – dissolve 1 tablet sweetner)

 

Combine all the above ingredients and place in a blender and blend until smooth. This will last up to three to four days in the fridge and makes approximately 175ml
