Ingredients

(serves 4 or 4 meals)

8 rashers of bacon, 24 cherry tomatoes or six tomatoes, 8 chestnut mushrooms, 400ml passata, 40g low fat cheeese, 4 square wraps

  1. Chop the bacon and cook with the tomatoes and mushrooms in a non stick pan
  2. Place the passata in mixing bowl and then add the cooked tomatoes, mushrooms and low fat cheese
  3. Add the bacon to the above mix and serve
